1. Services
Evervis® provides:
Web Design & Development
App Design & Development
Branding & Creative Services
Digital Marketing Solutions
All services are subject to agreed proposals and timelines.
2.Payments
Projects may require advance payment or milestone-based billing
Payments are non-refundable once work has commencedDelays in payment may affect project timelines
3. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment
Evervis® retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio
Any unused concepts remain property of Evervis®
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate project requirements
Deliver content, feedback, and approvals on time
Ensure they have rights to all materials shared
5. Revisions & Scope
Revisions are limited as per agreed scope
Additional changes beyond scope may incur extra charges
6. Project Delays & Termination
Projects may be paused if communication/payment delays occur
Either party may terminate the project with written notice
Work completed up to termination must be paid
7. Limitation of Liability
Evervis® is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
8. Third-Party Tools & Services
We may use third-party tools (hosting, plugins, APIs). We are not responsible for their performance or policies.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive information confidential.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your operating region.
11. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
